In the curved surface above i have use my "Slick" texture to try and convey a smooth feeling to the shape.

For both display features i have use my texture described as "Opaque", trying to express the slightly granulated nature of opaque glass. I feel that having the main gallery underneath the two featured balls would create an incredibly dramatic scene for exhibition of the artist's works.

To note in the X-Ray view is the bottom work space. The two different sections are linked through the bridge giving the studio two distinctly separated rooms within the same space.

DRAFTS

This was my original sketchup model based on the same original section but i felt as strayed further away from the idea in the section it lost the feeling and idea that i liked about it to begin with. From this point i started from scratch to try and recapture the original idea.
